Affiliate agreement

Parties

This agreement is between Uthena LLC (US), operating GrabLTD ("GrabLTD"), and anyone who joins as an affiliate ("you"). No approval is needed to join.

What you earn

On deals sold directly on GrabLTD you earn 20% of the sale price, excluding tax, paid out of GrabLTD's share. A partner can raise the rate for its own deals (up to 30%); you see the rate per deal. Commission on curated external deals depends on the network and is not paid by GrabLTD.

Attribution

Your link sets a cookie for 30 days. The last link a buyer used wins. A purchase is credited if it completes inside that window with your cookie still set. Coupons you create are credited to you the same way.

Payouts

Commission is locked for the refund window plus 15 days, then paid in the next of two payout runs each month, through Stripe Connect where available. There is no reserve. If a purchase is refunded or charged back after you were paid, the amount is deducted from your future payouts.

Rules

• Disclose that you earn commission, as the law where you publish requires.
• No self-referral, no fake purchases, no cookie stuffing, no paid ads on the GrabLTD name, no spam, no misleading claims or false scarcity.
• Do not promote adult, CBD or gambling content with your links.
• We may withhold commission on activity that breaks these rules and may end your account.

Taxes and law

You are responsible for taxes on your earnings. Governed by the law of the state where Uthena LLC is organised. hello@grabltd.com.
