1. What GrabLTD is

GrabLTD is a personal software command center — a catalog and directory of lifetime deals, a vault to track what you own, a comparison tool, and a recommendation engine. We help you discover deals and decide which tools fit your stack. The service is provided as-is, free for users, with revenue coming from affiliate commissions when you buy through our links.

2. We are not the vendor

This is the most important thing to understand about GrabLTD: we do not build, own, sell, host, deliver, or support the tools and deals listed on this site. Every product is built and operated by an independent third-party vendor (and is typically sold through a marketplace such as AppSumo, Dealify, StackSocial, or the vendor directly). GrabLTD is a directory that points you to those deals — nothing more.

When you buy a deal, you are entering into a transaction with that vendor and/or the marketplace selling it — not with GrabLTD. Your purchase, payment, license, account, the software itself, and any delivery of access or fulfillment are entirely between you and that third party, and are governed by their terms, pricing, and policies. GrabLTD is not a party to that transaction.

3. Affiliate disclosure

Every "Get this deal" link is an affiliate link. We earn a small commission when you buy through it, at no extra cost to you. We mark every affiliate link explicitly so you know. Earning a commission does not make us the seller — see section 2.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure. If we detect suspicious activity on your account, we may suspend it pending verification. You can delete your account at any time (7-day grace period before hard-delete).

5. Your content

Reviews, suggest-edits, and stacks you create are yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display them on the site. We will never sell or share your data with third parties.

6. Third-party tools, deals, and delivery

We do our best to keep the catalog accurate and up-to-date — prices, features, Trust Score signals, and deal terms — but the information is gathered from public sources and the vendors themselves, can change without notice, and may be incomplete or wrong. Always confirm the current price, terms, and what's included on the vendor's or marketplace's own checkout page before you buy.

Because we are not the vendor (section 2), we cannot and do not guarantee anything about the tools or deals you find here, including but not limited to: that a deal is genuinely "lifetime"; that the product will be delivered, work as described, remain available, or keep receiving updates; the vendor's uptime, support, security, data handling, billing, or refund decisions; or that the vendor will stay in business. If a tool you bought changes its terms, raises its price, stops being maintained, refuses a refund, loses your data, or shuts down, that is a matter between you and the vendor or marketplace you bought from.

We're happy to help where we can — point you to the right contact, flag a deal as expired, or update a listing — but any remedy for a problem with a purchase (refunds, chargebacks, disputes, warranty claims) has to come from the vendor or the marketplace that processed the sale.

7. No warranties

GrabLTD and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing, recommendation, savings estimate, or Trust Score is accurate or suitable for your situation. Anything you decide to buy is your own decision.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrabLTD and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of money, data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site or any purchase you make from a third-party vendor or marketplace you found through it. GrabLTD does not handle your payment for those deals and does not hold your money; our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount we actually received from you for the service — which, for users, is normally zero.

9. Changes

We'll post significant changes here and, where we have a lawful basis and your contact details, aim to give reasonable notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
