Terms
1. Who we are
GrabLTD is operated by Uthena LLC, a US limited liability company ("GrabLTD", "we"). GrabLTD is a marketplace for software. On deals sold on GrabLTD, we act as the merchant of record: we take your payment, invoice you, and pay the software maker (the "partner"). Questions: hello@grabltd.com.
2. What you can do here
You can browse the catalogue without an account. An account lets you buy, keep a workspace of the software you own, save wishlists and videos, and request refunds. You are responsible for your login and for the accuracy of your details.
3. Two kinds of deals
- Sold on GrabLTD. You pay GrabLTD. The partner delivers the product: GrabLTD sends the delivery email and the license code or voucher the partner uploaded, and the partner handles product support.
- Curated external deals. We list lifetime deals sold by other networks. You buy on their site under their terms. They, not GrabLTD, are your seller. We may earn an affiliate commission.
4. Prices, tax and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown without tax. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies and is collected by Stripe Tax. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
5. Delivery
After payment you receive an email and a page in your account with the code or access the partner provides. The partner is responsible for delivery and for the product working as described. If a code does not work, tell us within the refund window.
6. Refunds
Each deal shows its refund window: 14, 30 or 60 days from purchase. Within the window you can ask for a refund from your purchases page. The partner decides; if the partner does not act within 5 days, we issue the refund automatically. Refunds are for the full amount, not in part. See the refund policy. Our responsibility for a purchase ends when its refund window closes.
7. Paid exposure and affiliate links
Some links on GrabLTD are affiliate links, and some deals are featured in paid spots. Buying exposure does not buy a recommendation or a review. One disclosure in the page footer covers both. Sponsored blog posts are written by partners and follow our sponsored content policy. When a partner gave us free access to review a product, the review says so.
8. Reviews and your content
Reviews, notes and lists you create stay yours. You give us a non-exclusive license to show them on the site. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading or abusive; we may remove it.
9. The catalogue
We work to keep the catalogue accurate, but facts about third-party products come from their makers and change. Check the product page of the seller before you buy.
10. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, GrabLTD's liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect loss. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
11. Changes and law
We post changes here and email account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. These terms are governed by the law of the state where Uthena LLC is organised, without affecting mandatory consumer rights where you live.
