The features that matter

Unified inboxes are not new. What sets this one apart is context. You can store client profiles and context folders, so when a draft goes out to a specific client, it already knows who they are and what you have been discussing. Tone matching sits on top of that: formal for a board update, casual for a quick follow-up. The draft is written only after the thread has been read, and it waits for your approval with a full undo and an audit trail on every action.

The daily brief is the other piece worth using. Before you open a tab, a Slack message lists the day's priorities, with spam and phishing already filtered out and newsletters kept out of your notifications. From there you can snooze, schedule a follow-up or act on a thread without digging through four separate inboxes.

It runs on the web, macOS, iOS and Android, and offline PWA support means you can keep working through a flight and let it sync afterwards.

Who it's built for

The sweet spot is anyone juggling several addresses at once: a consultant with a personal Gmail, a client Outlook account and a Proton address for sensitive work, or an agency owner answering for three brands. If you live in a single Gmail account and already like it, the draft feature alone probably won't justify switching clients.

My take: the client profile contexts matter more than the drafting model. A reply engine that knows the relationship writes something you'd send; one that doesn't writes something you rewrite. The higher tiers add shared inboxes, Autopilot and bring-your-own-key, which point at small teams rather than solo users.
