What is the difference between local and cloud modes?
Local mode runs Whisper models on your device for privacy, with unlimited words. Cloud mode uses cloud models, with a monthly word cap that depends on your tier.
What do the tiers change?
Team size and cloud words. Tier 1 is one member with 200,000 cloud words a month. Tier 4 is 15 members with 3,000,000. Pooling starts at Tier 2.
Can I teach it my terminology?
Yes. The custom vocabulary feature lets you add jargon and proper nouns.
What is the refund policy?
