What is Consently?

How do the tiers differ?
Tier 1 lists 1 domain and 100,000 pageviews a month. Tier 2 lists 5 domains, Tier 3 lists 10 and Tier 4 lists 25, with unlimited pageviews from Tier 2. Tier 6 lists unlimited domains per a founder post.
Is the deal still available?
