DigiParser
DigiParser is a template-free document parser that turns invoices, receipts, POs, and email attachments into structured rows via AI. Route batches with rules, split multi-doc PDFs, and push results to Google Sheets, Xero, or your own stack.
DigiParser turns messy PDFs, receipts, and email attachments into clean rows without asking you to build a template first. You upload a batch, define what fields you want, and its AI figures out the structure — including on documents whose layout changes month to month.
What DigiParser actually does
The workflow is built around one job: taking documents in a dozen different shapes and pushing structured data out the other end into whatever tool is downstream.
- Upload invoices, receipts, POs, and more in bulk and get back clean, structured rows
- Export to CSV, Excel, or JSON so the data lands wherever your workflow needs it
- Define custom fields and tables for any document type, from vendor invoices to shipping manifests
- Start from pre-built templates for common docs — invoices, bank statements, resumes — or let AI detect the schema automatically
- Forward emails with attachments directly to a DigiParser inbox for automatic processing
- Classify mixed document batches with AI routing rules so invoices go to one parser and bank statements to another
- Split multi-document PDFs before parsing so combined files don't get mangled into a single extraction
- Push clean results to Google Sheets, Xero, Zapier, or your own app via webhooks and the API
The features that matter
The template-free extraction is doing the heavy lifting: rather than mapping each vendor's invoice layout by hand, you declare the fields and tables you want and let the AI adapt as new document variations come in. That includes classifying mixed batches with routing rules so invoices go to one parser and bank statements to another, and splitting multi-document PDFs before parsing so combined files don't collapse into a single garbled extraction.
Intake is deliberately flexible. Documents come in through an email inbox, direct upload, API, or an embeddable widget you can hand to clients. Output goes back out to Google Sheets, Xero, Zapier, or your own app through webhooks — so DigiParser tends to slot into an existing workflow rather than asking you to run reports out of a separate dashboard.
Who it's built for
The obvious fit is an ops or finance team drowning in vendor paperwork — the ones still copy-pasting invoice line items into a Google Sheet at 6pm. DigiParser gets more useful the messier the input: mixed document types, layouts that change per vendor, and the occasional multi-doc PDF that needs splitting before parsing.
Agencies and consultants who process client documents at scale are another obvious buyer. The embeddable widget and API mean you can put a client-facing intake on your own site without shipping a whole new product.
Lifetime access starts at $69 for Tier 1, which is normally $232. Higher tiers add more pages, more parsers, and more users; if you're a one-person shop parsing a few hundred documents a month, the entry tier is probably enough to see whether the AI handles your actual vendor mix before spending more.
