What is Erioun?
A job search produces more admin than most people expect: which CV went where, who replied, when to chase. Erioun is a personal applicant tracking system that files employer replies against the right application and moves the status for you, while every outgoing message still waits for your approval.
What Erioun actually does
Hiring teams run every applicant through an ATS. This gives the applicant one too. The core trick is email: each application gets its own alias address, so a reply arrives already attached to the job it belongs to instead of sinking into your personal inbox. From there the tracker does the bookkeeping.
- Track applications in a pipeline that updates when an employer replies - Give each application its own dedicated email alias - Classify incoming replies and attach them to the right role - Compare a CV against a job description before you apply - Surface and rank openings against your profile and preferences - Fill supported application forms through the Erioun Companion browser extension - Flag applications that have gone quiet
The features that matter
Three features do most of the work beyond the tracker itself.
- CV Fit Score — sets a CV next to a job description and flags strengths, gaps and your best-matching version. The vendor calls it a signal, not a guarantee. - Opportunity Radar — pulls from over 10,000 live openings across career sites and job boards, by the vendor's count, and ranks them against your profile. - CV Version Management — ties each CV version to the applications it went out with, so you know what a recruiter is reading when they call.
Around those sits an Application Workspace that keeps the job description, CVs, notes, documents and next actions together per role, plus follow-up tracking so a reminder doesn't depend on your memory. You can import applications you have already sent, which matters if you start using it halfway through a search.
The best decision in the product is what it refuses to do. Erioun will not apply to jobs for you. The autofill extension fills supported forms from details you saved, then stops; you review and submit. The vendor's reasoning is that bulk auto-applying gets applications ignored, and that is right. A tool that sends two hundred identical applications overnight makes a search feel busy without making it better. Keeping a person on the send button is slower. It is also the only version of this that a recruiter can't spot.
Who it's built for
The seller's page names Trello as the manual alternative, and a spreadsheet is the other obvious one. Both are fine at low volume. If you send five applications a year, a board with three columns is all you need and this would be overkill. The case for Erioun starts when you are running dozens of applications in parallel and the status of each one lives in your inbox, because that is the part a board can't update for you.
People in an active, high-volume search: recent graduates applying widely, anyone made redundant and working the market full time, career changers who tailor a different CV to each role and lose track of which one went where. It also suits anyone who would rather not hand a personal email address to every careers portal. The vendor describes the product as EU-built and GDPR-native, says it does not scrape LinkedIn or sell data, and lets you export or delete your data at any time.
Two things to check first. The roadmap on the seller's page lists a Telegram bot and Android and iOS apps, so confirm what has shipped before you count on mobile. And every plan is capped by active applications, alias emails and monthly AI Coins. If you go over, the vendor says nothing is lost: applications are archived, incoming mail is held and outbound sending pauses.
The entry tier is $49 and covers 20 active applications, 40 AI Coins a month and 5 new CV uploads a month. That is enough for one focused search, and too tight if you apply to everything that moves. Pick the tier by how many applications you really keep open at once.
