Clients pick a class or session, see real availability and pay on your own website, and you run the day from an iPhone that doubles as the card reader. Kiwilaunch is booking software for people who sell their time, not their calendar link.
A yoga teacher, a cleaning company and a language school have the same problem: clients want to pick a slot and pay without a phone call. Kiwilaunch puts the booking calendar, the price list and the Stripe checkout on your own website, and now runs the whole back office from an iPhone app.
It is a booking and scheduling system for service businesses, not a meeting-link tool. The difference shows in what you can sell through it: private sessions, packages, fixed-date courses and recurring group classes, each with its own availability.
The iPhone app is the part worth paying attention to. It went fully native in August 2026 and acts as the complete back office, so a trainer between sessions can check the day, confirm a booking and charge a card without opening a laptop. Android is still under construction, which matters if your phone is not an iPhone.
AppSumo lists Kiwilaunch as an alternative to Calendly and Acuity Scheduling. Calendly is the closer name but the weaker comparison: it books meetings, while Kiwilaunch sells services, with packages, classes and a catalog. Acuity is the real rival. If you run a studio or a practice and pay for Acuity every month, this is the swap to test; if you only need people to grab 30 minutes on your calendar, Calendly-style tools are simpler.
Two limits to know up front. Kiwilaunch is white label in the sense that your clients book under your brand, on your domain, but there is no agency white label: the admin panel carries the Kiwilaunch name. And reviewers mention limited control over the booking page layout, so if pixel-level design is the point, look before you commit.
Solo practitioners and small teams who sell time: massage therapists, personal trainers, dietitians, language schools, training institutes and cleaning companies. One long-time user runs it for massage therapists, web design clients and yoga studios, covering both one-on-one sessions and group classes, which is a fair picture of its range. The product has an average rating of 4.6 on AppSumo, with occasional slow support replies as the main complaint.
It suits you less if you want to resell a branded booking platform to your own clients, or if your team lives on Android phones today.
One code costs $39 (was $936) and covers bookings, integrated payments, calendar and marketing integrations, a customizable landing page, a custom domain and removal of the Kiwilaunch branding. Payments carry a 1% transaction fee on this plan, so factor that into your margins if you take a lot of money through it. For a studio that books classes every week, that fee is the only running cost worth watching.
