More Good Reviews
Review requests fail because someone has to remember to send them. This tool removes the remembering: email and SMS requests fire after each job, AI drafts the replies, and agencies can run the whole thing for clients under their own logo and domain.

What is More Good Reviews?
Most businesses know they should ask for reviews and almost none do it consistently. More Good Reviews takes the asking off your plate: a request goes out by email or SMS when the job is done, reminders follow, and the replies to what comes back are drafted for you.
What More Good Reviews actually does
It is review management software with a white label layer on top. One account covers the request, the routing, the reply and the reporting, for your own business or for a list of clients.
- Sends automatic email and SMS requests the moment a job is done, with reminders and follow ups built in - Routes happy customers straight to Google or Facebook and catches unhappy ones with private feedback first - Tracks every request, every reminder and every response in one dashboard - Drafts replies to your Google and Facebook reviews, or sends them on their own - Summarizes reviews and highlights trends so you don't have to read each one - Tags customers and reviews automatically as the list grows
The features that matter
Three things carry this tool, and the vendor groups its own pitch the same way.
Reviews on autopilot. The trigger is the useful part. You can ask after a charge or a signup, and the customer lands on a branded page instead of a bare link. Nobody on your team has to remember to send anything, which is the reason most review campaigns die in week three.
AI for the busy work. Replies to Google and Facebook reviews arrive ready to send. You can edit them, approve them, or let them go out untouched. Alongside that you get AI summaries and trend highlights, so a manager with forty new reviews sees the pattern in a minute.
Built for agencies. White label branding puts your name on the client portal, the login screen and the domain. You can manage up to 100 locations from one account, and per client overrides let you turn features on or off project by project. A dentist and a roofing company rarely want the same setup.
One caution. Star first routing is the feature that will tempt you most, and it is the one to think about before you switch it on. Sending only satisfied customers to public sites is exactly what review platforms watch for. Read the solicitation rules of each platform first. The private feedback form is worth having on its own, because a complaint you hear directly is one you can still fix.
Who it's built for
Two groups get the most out of this. The first is the local service business where work ends at a clear moment: a repair finished, an appointment closed, an invoice paid. That moment is the trigger, and it is when a customer is most willing to write two sentences about you.
The second is the small agency that already sells local SEO or reputation work and reports on it by hand. For that agency the white label portal matters more than the AI. Clients log in to your brand on your domain, your team members and theirs each get their own access, and the hosted review, kiosk and showcase pages give you something to hand over on day one. The kiosk page comes with a QR code, which suits a front desk or a shop counter better than any email.
If you run a single online store with a review app already built into your checkout, you will find less here. The value sits in the outreach and the multi client setup.
The deal
Pricing starts at $79 for Plan 1, listed against $1,428, and climbs through five plans to $395 for Plan 5. Every plan includes the hosted review page with feedback form, embeddable website widgets and email and Slack alerts. What changes between plans is volume: locations, monthly review requests, customers and team seats. Check those limits against your client list before you pick, then start with the smallest plan that fits.
