What is Predimail?

How do the tiers differ?
Tier 1 has 1 user and 1 mailbox, Tier 2 has 3 and 3, Tier 3 has 5 and 5, and Tier 4 has 15 and 15. Credits, categories and analytics also scale up by tier.
