What is Prismical?

How do the tiers differ?
Tier 1 has 1 user, 20 cloud hours and 100 AI credits a month. Tier 2 has 3 users, 60 hours and 300 credits. Tier 3 has 10, 180 and 1,000. Tier 4 has 30, 600 and 3,000.
Does it send my audio to the cloud?
Not necessarily. Local model transcription is unlimited on every tier, and cloud transcription is optional with monthly hour limits.
