What is ReviewX and what does it do?+
ReviewX is a WooCommerce plugin that replaces the default star rating with a configurable multi-criteria review system. Customers can rate products on separate dimensions (e.g. quality, value, delivery), upload photos or videos, and share reviews on social media.
Does ReviewX work with the standard WooCommerce review system?+
Yes. ReviewX extends the native WooCommerce review system rather than replacing it entirely, so existing reviews migrate automatically and Google Rich Schema (structured data) is preserved for SEO.
What review criteria can I set up?+
You can create up to 10 custom criteria per site (Pro plan), such as product quality, price fairness, delivery speed, or packaging. Each criterion gets its own star rating and feeds into a graphical summary shown on the product page.
