Is this Virtual Training Company lifetime subscription still available?
No. This deal is archived and is no longer available through GrabLTD. It was sold via StackSocial at $79 one-time. Virtual Training Company (vtc.com) itself continues to operate and sell individual courses and subscriptions directly.
What is Virtual Training Company?
Virtual Training Company (VTC) is one of the world's leading producers of online computer and software training. They produce video tutorial courses covering software from Adobe, Autodesk, Apache, MySQL, and more, plus programming languages, certification prep, game development, and IT security.
How many courses were included in the lifetime subscription?
The lifetime subscription provided access to over 1,000 courses available at the time of purchase. Importantly, any courses added after the purchase date were not included and had to be purchased separately.
What subject areas did VTC courses cover?
VTC covered animation and 3D, business applications, networking and security, programming (HTML5, JavaScript, Ruby on Rails, and more), graphic design, game design, Linux, operating systems, and certification preparation tracks including MCSE and CompTIA.
Were certificates of completion included?
Yes. VTC courses included certificates of completion for each course finished.
Was the VTC lifetime subscription truly unlimited?
Only for the course library at the time of purchase. New courses released after your purchase required additional payment. About 2 new courses were added per week under the active plan, but those were not retroactively included in the lifetime deal.
Is Virtual Training Company (VTC) still operating?
Yes. As of 2025-2026, VTC continues to operate at vtc.com with a small team. They remain active in online IT training and software tutorials. However, the StackSocial lifetime deal is no longer available.

LinkedIn Learning (from $19.99/month, 21,000+ courses), Pluralsight (technology-focused, from $19/month), and Udemy (pay-per-course or team plans) are well-established alternatives covering similar software, development, and IT training content.
